Hot Lap Pro Bite is a high-performance top-coat tire treatment engineered to boost traction and grip on slick, high-bite surfaces. Ideal for both asphalt and dirt tracks, it enhances forward and side bite without softening the tire compound. While it can be used alone, Pro Bite works best when layered over other Hot Lap treatments to mount additional bite just before race time. Racers typically apply it throughout the week, with a minimum of six coats, allowing sufficient dry time between applications for optimal performance. One of its standout properties: unlike many aggressive preps, Pro Bite does not soften the tire, it simply amplifies bite.More coats will generally yield increased grip, giving racers fine-tuned control for various track conditions.
