Description
The Tillotson Racing 70mm block is intended for use in the clone 196cc engine and the 212cc engine. It is manufactured from heavy-duty materials and machined to standard Tillotson dimensions for proper component fitment. The 70mm bore provides 212cc displacement, making it suitable for higher-output applications.
This block uses a thicker casting than typical clone or Predator-style blocks and includes integrated gussets for increased rigidity. Reinforced main bearing areas and a strengthened deck surface are incorporated to handle higher horsepower levels and added stress commonly seen in racing environments.
Additional features include a cast iron cylinder sleeve and integrated mounting tabs for a fuel tank.
