Description

The ARC 6068 billet sidecover is designed specifically for Gen 1 and Gen 3 NON-HEMI Harbor Freight Predator 212cc engines and delivers a significant upgrade in strength, stability, and durability over the stock cast cover.

Machined from high-strength billet aluminum, it features a dual ball bearing design that provides additional crankshaft support, reducing flex and improving stability at high RPM. A bronze-bushed camshaft support with ARC’s advanced oiling system helps reduce wear and increase long-term reliability in racing applications.

An integrated O-ring seal ensures excellent crankcase sealing, while precision dowel pin receptacles improve alignment and structural strength. Additional features include dual oil fill ports with billet plugs, 1/8" NPT vent ports, and threaded removal points for easier servicing.

Built for serious performance applications, the ARC 6068 is ideal for racing engines where strength, consistency, and durability are critical. This part is intended to replace the ARC-6058.
