Terms of Sale
Online orders are Credit Card Only.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are the accepted Credit Cards for payment.  Orders received by 3PM EST will ship the same day unless the order requires custom machining, specialty work, or an item is out of stock.

Taxes
Appropriate North Carolina State and Local Sales Taxes will be automatically added unless a sales tax exemption certificate is provided.

Finance Charges
1 1/2% Per Month (18% per annum) will be charged on past due invoices.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Back-orders
Effort will be made to contact Customers in the event an item is out of stock. All back-orders will automatically be shipped as it becomes available unless otherwise notified.

Returns
No material may be returned without approval. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Orders
All special order items must be paid in full at time of order. All special order items are nonreturnable, non exchangeable, & nonrefundable.
